Welcome to Black Car Service LA! By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or interacting with our platform.

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Black Car Service LA.

  • “You,” “Your” refers to the client or user of our services.

  • “Service” refers to private chauffeur services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, and special event transportation.

2. Booking and Payment

a. Reservation Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking system.

  • A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

b. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made online or in person at the time of service.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

c. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Service Terms

a. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must follow all instructions provided by the chauffeur.

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol (without prior approval), and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.

b. Wait Time and Additional Charges

  • We provide a complimentary wait time of 15 minutes for non-airport pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups.

  • Additional wait time may be charged at an hourly rate.

c. Luggage Policy

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring luggage is securely packed and does not exceed the vehicle’s capacity.

  • We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Our liability for any loss, damage, or injury is limited to the amount paid for the service.

5. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or any other unforeseen events.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update or modify our services, vehicle options, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California.
